Swan was founded by former Uber and Aurora autonomy leaders who now put commercial self-driving expertise into defense aerospace. Swan Dive is software plus a small companion computer that bolts onto a drone somebody else has already built. It watches the camera feed, finds and tracks the target, and hands guidance cues to the aircraft's existing flight stack. An aircraft can then keep working through the terminal phase when the operator link drops or GPS goes away, with no redesign of the airframe.
